How To Place an Order
Orders can be placed in any of the following ways:
1: Phone us on: 082 4848 907 and we will gladly assist and answer any questions you may have.
2: E-mail us at [email protected] and tell us which items you wish to purchase.
3: Use the Shopping Cart: Add the items you would like to the shopping cart and follow the on screen instructions.
Once your order has been received we will be in contact with you and send a Quotation via e-mail for your review and approval. The Quotation will include all the details of your order: Items, Colours, Special Requests, etc.
Please Include:
· Your Name, e-mail address and Contact Number.
· Would you need the items delivered? If yes, please tell us which area you are in. (Delivery charges vary as to which items are ordered and location)
· What colours would you prefer, (Dark colours may attract an additional charge) White and Mahogany are the same price.
· Any Special requests.
A 50% payment is required to confirm the order and the balance will be due on completion of order.
Payments can be done via EFT, Cash or Cash Deposit, (bank details appear on the Quotation). Regret: No cheques accepted.
Once payment has been received we will confirm your order and proceed with manufacture.
Regular updates will be made with you, keeping you informed of the status of your order.
Once your order is completed we will contact you and make final delivery/collection arrangements.
A 8 working week lead time is required for manufacture from date of order and deposit received, excluding public holidays and our annual leave. Prices exclude delivery, delivery charges will be quoted on and depend on products ordered and location. Items can also be collected directly from our factory in the South of Johannesburg.
